Scheduled 3 weeks out for a chronic pain consult. Got a text 40 minutes before saying the practitioner was “unavailable” and they’d reschedule. The only new dates were 6 weeks later. Asked for a refund of the $150 deposit and was told it’s “non-refundable per policy” even though they cancelled. Had to dispute the charge. If you’re sick, you can’t wait a month+ after a last-minute cancel. Unreliable.

Exceptional care and expertise!! I had been going to Chiropractors all my adult life d/t multiple traumas Dr Rocco is blind , however highly functional and very responsive to all questions!! Helped me with my anxiety as well
They are great with kids, in the practice. Dr. Rocco will give the kids an exam, in a gentle and sensitive way. Much appreciated for my ruff tough tumbling toddler!!!
I really really recommend! DR Rocco and he's wife Omayra such amazing people they remember me and my name even though I only go to them a few times a year out 100 of patients makes you feel really special DR Rocco is amazing knows exactly what you need and generally cares for his patient very friendly and funny. He's wife is Amazing dont know how she does it ! Thank you so much for always taking good care of me
