I was feeling very unwell and left an voicemail asking to cancel. I did not hear back from my message so schlepped the 2 hour round trip, and got there two minutes after my appointment. I was told it was cancelled, but I had no idea, and also, was refused treatment. Not only that, but I was treated like a problem patient. Heartbreaking. Nothing worse than being treated like a truant for their mistake when a patient is having a bad day already. I feel absolutely run ragged. Worst possible outcome. It didn’t use to be this bad a few years ago when I first started to go here but don’t bother calling as they never answer and will not return calls. At least for established patients- maybe they respond to new potential victims? It’s got so bad now that they don’t even respond to Rx refill requests. Via voicemail or their portal. No response.
