I am a strong believer of alternative medicine. I have had chiropractor care for years. However, when I found out about the Gonstead method I was so happy to find Dr. NORM. Not your average chiropractor. I fell about a year ago and now I can't stand or sit too long without pain. Since getting chiropractor care I am much better. No knee pain, back pain, and I can sit and stand without pain. Maintenance is key so at the minimum my visits are seasonally.
