Tera and her team did an amazing job with the re-finance of our home. She did a great job in working out the best deal she could get. We were a bit nervous with the rates starting to rise. Tera and her team exceeded ANY and EVERY expectation we had. We wouldn't have been able to purchase our home without them. We are truly grateful for Tera and her team. No pandemic stopped them from getting our refinance. They worked very hard to complete the process quickly. Even though we did not get to meet them in office due to pandemic, the communication through email was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use them in the future.
