Customer service sucks can’t resolve anything. Call them and four different people send me to the main menu. Then when I get someone they tell me I am going to have to wait 24 hours. Funny they take what they are owed right away but stingy with money that’s not even theirs o begin with.
Alicia helped us big time with our auto loan. With our growing family, she helped us get a bigger vehicle and my spouse's dream car. Definitely the best loan officer we've ever worked with before. Appreciate you always Alicia T.
