I walked into this bank in Kahului after having done business at Maui federal credit union for decades. Was hoping to open a bank account for a new LLC. I had all of my documents in order and called to make an appointment. After making sure I had everything I drove to town from Kihei for this one task. Not only this bank has one location, but seems like i can never get a hold of them on phone. Always voicemail. Called different times of the days, no answer. Why have a phone if it cant be answered.
I am blown away how terrible of an institution this is. I went online to pay this month's bill and I saw I accidently missed making my CC payment last month. So I went to pay the balance and it told me my account was disabled due to "delinquency." So, instead of making it easy to get paid, they restrict your account so you can't pay it online like normal.
