My experience with them was good overall. I liked the provider and the dental hygienist I was seen that day. one thing can be improved is the service experience with a receptionist. Most receptionists were friendly but the particularly the one I talked to in order to schedule a next visit was not pleasant experience. Her name was Figs. The dentist and assistant today were great. They were gentle, professional, patient, and through. Overall they made my experience the best that it could be.
Nina is fabulous. Due to the condition of my teeth, cleanings have always been painful, but Nina was very gentle and reassuring-and I barely felt discomfort. She is very knowledgeable. Her positive energy was appreciated. I’ll make sure to have future cleanings ONLY with Nina.
She express deep concern about my hygiene and I always make her laugh, we make the best out of the appointments 😘
