Efficient and caring staff!
Horrendous customer service. I have been trying to get ahold of my re-issued check for 3 months now. I had overpaid a hospital bill worth $500 and I’ve called a handful of times. I’m told “It’ll show up in two weeks” “Oh it’ll be sent May 1st” “Oh it’ll be sent June 1st.” How hard is it to re-issue and mail a check? Ridiculous.
Their billing is awful! They sent a random bill 2 years after it's been paid. Checked into it and insurance says they've paid it a couple months after the service was done and have accounts showing it's paid by our insurance.
Randomly received a bill for medical services from this company. Yet i have never been here and never did anything with this company. I've been in LA for 7 years how tf will I get service in Kailua if I'm in LA.
If you’re going to send me a bill to pay that’s in error and say to call you then answer the phone. I’m not leaving a call back number if I don’t know who this company is. I’m not the one that called you so if you don’t answer your phone then all you are is a scam.
