Jack was great! This was the second time we had a plumber come out in less than 2 months. He not only cleared our tub drain but also found that there was a back up in our main line which he also fixed at a significantly lower rate than the guys who came out previously and “fixed” the issue. He also told me why these backups are problematic and how to fix the shower drain myself in the future. Great service at a great price!
