This office’s communication practices are a complete failure. Receiving a patient’s order and then sitting on it without contacting them—only to eventually offer an appointment months later—is unacceptable by any standard.Not returning calls from patients who are simply trying to confirm that their request was received is irresponsible and harmful. I had the best experience ever. This was my 1st time going to someone other then Palimomi Women's Center. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will be back again. Thank you for such a blessed experience. Highly recommended!

11/24/2025 I had a Mammogram appointment today with Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology Services today in Waipahu. It was my first time here because I always used to go to the former Wahiawa General Hospital but after Queen’s took over I had to get relocated and ended up coming here. If you’re using Google maps to get here, I’d like to note that it’s the parking lot BEHIND the final destination lot you will end up at where their actual address is located at. Great experience ! The Honolulu location was really booked up so even tho I’m in town I traveled to Waipahu for a very convenient appointment at 745 am. I did my registration on line so I didn’t even wait 5 minutes and they took me in . Thr technicians were polite and professional , the office was clean and cherfully decorated . Nice dressing rooms and cool temperature . I’ll come back here again for sure - easy to get an appt and very good staff Thank you !

This is my 3rd Visit, they are very unprofessional, I was given the wrong schedule when they were closed, my appointment was rescheduled so I got behind on traffic on July 9th on a rainy day went all the way from manoa, I was 15 minutes late. They said they will have to reschedule me again, this operation is run by rude staff, tech and staff were not understanding my situation at all and were ignorant.
