This office’s communication practices are a complete failure. Receiving a patient’s order and then sitting on it without contacting them—only to eventually offer an appointment months later—is unacceptable by any standard.Not returning calls from patients who are simply trying to confirm that their request was received is irresponsible and harmful. This lack of communication delays treatment and puts patients at risk.If you do not have openings, say it. Patients deserve the truth so they can get the care they need elsewhere.... read more
I had the best experience ever. This was my 1st time going to someone other then Palimomi Women's Center. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will be back again. Thank you for such a blessed experience. Highly recommended!
11/24/2025 I had a Mammogram appointment today with Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology Services today in Waipahu. It was my first time here because I always used to go to the former Wahiawa General Hospital but after Queen’s took over I had to get relocated and ended up coming here. If you’re using Google maps to get here, I’d like to note that it’s the parking lot BEHIND the final destination lot you will end up at where their actual address is located at.
