Great experience ! The Honolulu location was really booked up so even tho I’m in town I traveled to Waipahu for a very convenient appointment at 745 am. I did my registration on line so I didn’t even wait 5 minutes and they took me in . Thr technicians were polite and professional , the office was clean and cherfully decorated . Nice dressing rooms and cool temperature . I’ll come back here again for sure - easy to get an appt and very good staff Thank you !
This is my 3rd Visit, they are very unprofessional, I was given the wrong schedule when they were closed, my appointment was rescheduled so I got behind on traffic on July 9th on a rainy day went all the way from manoa, I was 15 minutes late. They said they will have to reschedule me again, this operation is run by rude staff, tech and staff were not understanding my situation at all and were ignorant.
