Beware of the wacky practices here. They used a hammer to check my sensitivity, when I complained the next visit. The Dentist and the assistant that saw the whole thing happened lied about it and the assistant that was there thought it was funny. When I complained about it my next visit, they let me go and sent me a dismissal letter.
Two stars for the front office. My patience has outgrown their stupidity. Front office needs a new manager to train their front office workers better. Front office lacks aloha, empathy and accurate billing estimates, accurate appointment scheduling and most importantly accountability for their mistakes. Wonderful, professional work done by Irish. It was my first time there and she was very thorough with everything, and even showed me what I need to do better or answered any concerning questions I had. Front office did really well and was very organized. Mom suggested this place and I see why.
