I worked with Kara for about 5 months on our trip to Hawaii and she was fantastic! Usually I do all the planning for our annual summer trips, but Hawaii just seemed too difficult. Worse company I’ve ever experienced! There customer service was very rude and disrespectful and treat you as if your a child. The way we were treated was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would highly recommend finding a better company to work with.
