Brought Mr Leo a box full of parts and he returns a beautiful new electric trike. Also showed my grandson how it works. So patient and helpful.
The absolute rudest most disrespectful person I have ever met. I just grabbed the part I brought in that I needed to exchange and left in order to avoid further more harmful conflict. Why even have a bike shop if you don't want to help customers with their bikes? He made so many comments the past 3 visits as to insinuate that I was a bike thief as well. I don't get it at all. Unbelievable.
Backstory : I ordered a kids bike from Target and kept it in the box. Night before the birthday during assembly turns out the bike was shipped with a bent wheel! Today I called and asked if he could help me, so I brought the bike in. Within an hour I had a fixed bike wheel, a saved birthday, and he even stayed open late for me and took a late lunch so I could perform a pickup of the bike. I'm really really happy with my service, he really saved a little girls birthday. Thank you.
