A smooth experience from start to finish with exceptional customer service from Heather. She met us right off the train and had our rental warmed up, ready to go. Pretty much white-glove service at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend.
Heather is so kind and helpful. I was looking for a rental car for my dad and she went above offering helpful solutions.
Heather is really friendly and kind. It's inside of a dealership, which is actually kind of smart. We were treated so well--with courtesy and professionallism. They don't do one-way drop-off, but that's expected for a small, stand-alone business, but we were stranded about 1/2 hour up the road, and though we ended up finding a ride to her, Heather was willing to pick us up.
I needed a rental, then it was uncertain, then I did need it. Heather was very patient with me. She rented me what I needed, helped with picking me up, too. And the car was great and very clean.
Heather got us a great Malibu, to the train station and we dropped it there, too! So much better than the "big guys"!
