Heather got us a great Malibu, to the train station and we dropped it there, too! So much better than the "big guys"!
I called and left multiple messages, attempting to arrange a rental with Amtrak station service as thy have advertised. I never received a call back. Eventually, I was able to reach a human, who told me they had just stepped out of the office for lunch. (Mind you I had already left messages the previous two days that they clearly never bothered to check).
