Normally have pleasant fast customer service. But today the young curly haired lady was quite upset she had to go in the back room for my stuff three times. I bought everything she went back there for, it's just I wanted to add stuff. She said it would be easier for her if she only had to go back there once. $280. Sorry to bother you
Had an amazing customer service experience for my first time at the store. Ashley was a great help and immediately knew the glass adapter pieces I would need for my ash catcher. I had checked out at least 4-5 other dispensaries before Havok and the staff there had no clue what an adapter was! Great store, captivating in-store selections and displays and an overall comforting experience shopping here.
Used come here every week ,good place and all. Today i visted night around 9.30 one lady was there and she was rude to coustmers not gonna shop from here again
Poor coustmer service..!!
