The worst experience ever! The worst experience ever! My car had only $2500 in damage with an estimate of 7-8 days to repair. It took over a month to return my car with Havlicks outright lying on several occasions, such as reporting that my car was held up at the dealer getting repairs when, in reality, the dealer had returned the car to Havlicks several days earlier. Stay away or increase the limits on your rental car coverage- you're going to need it!
