I bought their products through a distributor as you can't buy direct. I had to then return these products for a refund as they were not compatible with my required work. I was charged a 25% restocking fee - what a rip off! I won't be buying their products ever again.
Have been working with Havit Commercial from the time they have open their doors. 99.9% no issues. When we did had an issue Naomi and Steve were quick to resolve it and would provide full report why the product had an issue.
We have Hcp692723/HCP602483/HCP602243 Led lighting in our office for the approx. 2yrs. Some of the leds are going dark. Have been in contact with Havit to come and have a look and tell us what we need the fix the problem. Been approx. 2mths and nobody has come to see us or contacted us.
