Purchased a vehicle from this fine dealership yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and the service I received from Havior Automotive. They are very transparent, truthful, trustworthy, friendly, and willing to work with you in all walks of life. The purchasing process was very smooth and speedy. He also gave me good money for my trade in comparison to other big name dealerships. I honestly have zero complaints and hope to do business with Mr. Tony again in the future.
I had such a great experience with Havior Automotive. They were extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. Got a car back in 2020 never had an issue still would of had my car today if it wasn’t wrecked last July.
Bought a 2019 dodge charger last year, and since officially paid it off yesterday. Customer service: 5 stars. Courteous and was patient with the process. However, that is most car sales man. Car: 1 star. Value of car was worth only 16k, but was sold for 24k. Brought to attention and was told doesn't really upsale that much, but unfortunately learned that wasn't the case once deal was done.
