I love to come here and get sandwiches every year we come to chincoteage and i understand that they make everything fresh but we waited over 45 minutes for our food that’s outrageous
If you're looking for a great lunch on Chincoteague, Meltdown is absolutely worth a stop. I ordered the Reuben, and it was one of the better ones I've had in quite a while. The corned beef was piled high, the Swiss was perfectly melted, the sauerkraut added just the right amount of tang, and everything was grilled on beautifully toasted rye bread.
