I love doing business with having a party. They are professional, knowledgeable and are always willing to answer any questions that you may have and offer their expertise. They have exceptional customer service. I am always pleased with our interactions. The balloons are such good quality and do not pop. They stayed up for months after the event with the same shape and shine. We had to take them down because they lasted so long. Having a party is a place to shop for all your balloon needs.
What a great variety of balloons, workers were very helpful. Will definitely be back.
I’ve used Havin A Party from the very start of my balloon business! Austin, Larry and the rest of the team is amazing!!! I’m in Philadelphia and if I place an order early enough, I’ll get it the next day, no questions asked. They have a huge selection and their brand new brand of brookloon balloons is amazing. It’s difficult and I’ve learned that they strive to be different. They are very friendly, accommodating and willing to work with you. Highly recommend to anyone needing balloons! 🎈
The 3 stars are for the Hispanic lady that was working she was really nice, and the patient couldn't say the same for the older gentleman who was at the desk who took the money. This was my first time here as I'm just getting my feet wet with this balloon business. I came in with some balloons that I wanted to match, and the older gentleman said they couldn't show blown up samples. I placed a last-minute, walk-in order during what I'm sure was one of the busiest times(graduation season) and Havin' A Party still came through. The staff was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. The balloons were exactly what I wanted. I teach students with disabilities, and they were very excited the next day when I returned with balloons.
