I’ve used Havin A Party from the very start of my balloon business! Austin, Larry and the rest of the team is amazing!!! I’m in Philadelphia and if I place an order early enough, I’ll get it the next day, no questions asked. They have a huge selection and their brand new brand of brookloon balloons is amazing. It’s difficult and I’ve learned that they strive to be different. They are very friendly, accommodating and willing to work with you. Highly recommend to anyone needing balloons! 🎈
The 3 stars are for the Hispanic lady that was working she was really nice, and the patient couldn't say the same for the older gentleman who was at the desk who took the money. This was my first time here as I'm just getting my feet wet with this balloon business. I came in with some balloons that I wanted to match, and the older gentleman said they couldn't show blown up samples. I placed a last-minute, walk-in order during what I'm sure was one of the busiest times(graduation season) and Havin' A Party still came through. The staff was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. The balloons were exactly what I wanted. I teach students with disabilities, and they were very excited the next day when I returned with balloons. Edit to owners reply; I am fully aware that your establishment is a wholesale store for businesses. I am a S corp with an EIN in addition to buying on the behalf of the school with is also a business. As a wholesaler not being fully staffed durning a high peek month of school proms and graduations.
