They they initially took the wrong car on a test drive, telling me nothing was wrong...then proceeded to charg me $500 for a wheel bearing. Subaru specialists don't even charge that much and they offer courtesy cars. Fletchers just replaced my friend's wheel bearing and charged $150. I will never give my business to them again. Price gouging and slimy
Super pricey! First, they were looking at the wrong car and then they charged me $125-$225 more than dealer prices. At least the dealer throws in a courtesy car. I thought $500 was a lot of money for one wheel bearing so I called Subaru and a Subaru repair shop in Vernon. Between the two, I found I was WAY over charged.
