customer service is super professional. super easy to sign up. installation took less then an hour. the installation tech was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. 10x better then dealing with any providers in Wichita. you can tell these guys care about your needs! would recommend to anybody! 10 stars!
Be aware! This company keeps track of everything you download and will shut down your Internet (without warning) if they don't like it. So, if you download anything (movies, music, and such) they know! I thought they were an Internet service provider and it turns out they are "big brother"
Pretty good customer service for the most part. But when internet goes down we get no warning. Here lately it has gone down at least once a week for 3 to4 hrs. And it's higher than some other companies.
Great company and great rates. Since upgrading equipment things have been very dependable.
