Always friendly and very knowledgeable. So honest too. They could have had me as a life long customer with my older car but they were honest and told me I’d be spending a ton of money with them because of the condition of the car. They suggested I save my money up and put a down payment on something newer and safer. I am so grateful for their honesty and so happy with my new car. Best part is if I need them again I know they will do the best they can for me. A great place.

I really appreciated my entire experience here. It was efficient and honest and kind. I would absolutely make this my usual location if I were a local. Thank you!

As a dedicated customer, Scottie and Mark will do anything to fix your car. Valvoline would not pass my car inspection cause the emergency brake needed to be tightened. I drove right over to Haviland and Scottie fixed it right away and put the inspection sticker on all within 3 minutes. He knows that we are reliable customers and will go out of his way to do what’s needed. They are always trustworthy too!!!

I dropped a friend off at this auto shop to pick up her car. On the way out, I hit a curb but didn’t see any visible damage to the car so I drove home. When I got home, I called the shop because I could feel something was dragging while driving. They told me to come right back over and fit me in immediately. I was obviously embarrassed about what happened, but they were incredibly kind about it. They put my car up on the lift within minutes and diagnosed the issue - a cracked transmission mount. They ordered the part locally... read more
