I bought a 73 Mach 1 in April from Oklahoma. The dealer, with 15 locations nationwide, claimed it was running perfectly. It barely ran. I was referred to Scott by my cousin and brought the car to him after discovering several issues. There were so many things wrong with the engine, and Scott pegged a number of issues in just a few short minutes. Unfortunately he was jammed with appointments, but gave us advice on what to do. As a dedicated customer, Scottie and Mark will do anything to fix your car. Valvoline would not pass my car inspection cause the emergency brake needed to be tightened. I drove right over to Haviland and Scottie fixed it right away and put the inspection sticker on all within 3 minutes. He knows that we are reliable customers and will go out of his way to do what’s needed. They are always trustworthy too!!!

I dropped a friend off at this auto shop to pick up her car. On the way out, I hit a curb but didn’t see any visible damage to the car so I drove home. When I got home, I called the shop because I could feel something was dragging while driving. They told me to come right back over and fit me in immediately. I was obviously embarrassed about what happened, but they were incredibly kind about it. They put my car up on the lift within minutes and diagnosed the issue - a cracked transmission mount. I was driving to work from CT when i heard some unfamiliar noises coming from my work Van. This was the closest auto shop and the ONLY one that know exactly what was going on. As soon as he heard the noise he know what was wrong! Highly Recommend !! Thank you Haviland Auto Shop !
