Absolutely the worst wanna be doctor on planet earth. I went there for chronic back pain and was prescribed anti depression medication. I felt like she was judging me and made me feel worthless as a human. I left her office in tears because Havilah Spurlock made it feel like I had no hope and I'd probably be in severe pain for the rest of my life. I'm still seeking a pain management Doctor who will listen and care for my needs. And not do what they want. May God have mercy on her if she ever walks a day in my shoes, because ... read more

I unfortunately had to edit my review and go from 5 stars to 1. My first appt was awesome! All seemed on point and I was excited to begin being a patient here... however the promises of efficiency were broken. All I was told of how it would be, it was not. Been trying to schedule an injection for 5 months but cannot get a return call. Medications were either called in incorrectly or not at all. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional office. I switched all my meds back to my primary MD and am currently seeking another optio... read more
