I would not recommend Havey for a plumbing job. He came out very quickly for a real estate inspection when I was buying my house in August 2023. During that inspection, he failed to notice that the hot water heater needed replacement. Havey stated that the pilot light was out and needed to be reignited. While I am thankful he was able to make a last-minute real estate inspection, any actual work has needed to be reworked by someone else. Jeff was able to come the very next day after our initial contact! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and got the work done right away. Offered to come back if we had any concerns or problems. It was nice to work with someone that has a strong work ethic and is not out to "rob" you. Was even wonderful with my little dog. Would definitely use Jeff again!
