Unfortunately not good. We have been patient and given them time to correct any queries but we seem to have been totally ignored. Despite numerous attempts, the care we have received is not good. Carers are not trained and are only interested in getting out as soon as possible and sitting in their car oputside to complete the time slot. Management does not respond and care plan and the application thereof is sub standard.
Only been with Havester a week, but they have brrn top-notch in that time. First-rate care workers, good communication from management, a really good care company. This is how dom care should be done. I ha no affiliation other than as a very satisfied client.
