Watch Out for Delivery Service Charges! We ordered 3 small end tables which were nice however we returned as they did not match well when we placed in our living area. 2 issues: (1) Salesperson NEVER mentioned any charge ($100) for delivery otherwise we would have picked up for free. (2) Their delivery was horrible. Driver drove on both my lawn and neighbor's damaging neighbor's poles. They did this twice!
We recently purchased 3 very nice end tables from Havertys. Unfortunately we had to return as they did not match as we had desired. The main issue was with delivery as we live at the end of a very narrow street with a tight turn into the driveway. On both the delivery and return, the driver proceeded to to drive on both my and my neighbor's lawns damaging the lawns as well as my neighbor's reflective poles. As my husband and I were building our new home in Beech Island, SC we traveled back and forth from Charlotte, NC to check on the progress and we decided to visit Havertys Furniture in Augusta, GA. We met Angela Pruitt and Lex Drayton while visiting the showroom. Absolutely appreciated the freedom to walk around at our leisure without feeling as though we had a shadow following us. Service is #1 in Havertys furniture and Quality is tied at #1! I continue to shop for my furniture at Havertys because of the people and furniture that is made for a lifetime. My Louis Auguste Moreau (French, 1855–1919) bronze "Bucheronne" is magnified by the "Sands of Time" wall art I purchased from Haverty's. Havertys is a destination place for me!

The salesperson, Justin Schreffler, was a tremendous help in selecting the pieces I needed. He was professional, easy to work with, and knew the furniture throughout the store, making my search easy and fun.
