Very good product and nice staff
The salesperson was available to answer questions but didn't hover. After performing an evaluation, we did purchase a bed.
Went to Havertys in Columbia off Dobbin Rd on 7/11/26 to shop for a reclining sofa set/sectional and potential bedroom set. Had hoped to speak to a sales associate because I needed specific help — we need a sectional or recliner that offers good lumbar support, and after visiting other stores I found I need an associate to help me find those in the store so I'm not wasting time sitting on every sofa.
