Bought a bed and mattress from them. Mattress has completely collapsed in two years despite having a 10 year warranty. Haverty's sent out a service tech who measured the mattress using a string to measure the top where the pillowtop would be and determined it was within industry standards and refused to replace it. They have lost a customer in me as I feel they misrepresented the quality of the product and the warranty. I will not do business with them again.
I wish i could give 0 stars from how extremely disappointed with my experience with Havertys. I purchased an entire bedroom set and spent a significant amount of money expecting good quality furniture and good customer service. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. I have had to have the chest exchanged three different times, and every single replacement has arrived with issues.
