So I was politely greeted by the manager at the door an he passed off to a salesman. I told him that I just bought a house and needed to furnish a den, living room and dining room. Two minutes in I saw him looking across the show room at a well dressed woman. I was not well dressed as I just finished loading and unloading a truck and a 300 mile drive. He then excused himself by saying, “I’ll be right back”. He never returned, so I excused myself to another store. Very unprofessional. PS Never judge a book by its cover.
I recently purchased some furniture pieces from the location in Columbia SC. Alan was great to work with. The delivery was five star all the way. The delivery team were prompt, courteous, tidy, and helpful. They even assembled the furniture on site and cleaned up after.
