This was a very seamless process from start to finish. The store is well organized, making it easy to browse the different fabrics and furniture options without feeling overwhelmed. One thing I really appreciated was being able to see items from afar and quickly know which pieces I wanted to take a closer look at. Our salesperson, Shannon Lee, was awesome to work with. He was responsive whenever I texted him, had an excellent attitude, and was professional throughout the entire process.
It’s always a pleasure working with Daphne Peck. She knows the store’s inventory and listens to my needs when making suggestions.
Havertys was third on our furniture shopping agenda, but after going there, we wouldn't go anywhere else! Like the others, the showroom floor seems a bit neutral in color. The difference, however, is in the huge selection of high quality custom fabrics and the professional aesthetic expertise of the service-oriented sales representatives. Mr. Lee blended his ideas with ours to produce the perfect living room ensemble to fit the atmosphere of our home.
