Carolyn was amazing! My husband and I came to Haverty’s looking for a bedroom set. She met us at the door, guided us through the store, graciously, discreetly gave us space when needed as we decided on style and set. Gave us the best advice to date on selecting the best mattress for two very different sleepers. We absolutely love our bedroom set and the mattress….best ever, both of us loved it from the first! We have been searching for the past year for a sofa to revamp our living room, and have had a terrible time. Most places you go in to the salesman are like vultures! We walked in to Haverty’s about a half hour until closing just to look. Carolyn greeted us as we walked in, and there was something about her that was comforting and inviting. Edit: Blake (Store Manager)has been wonderful. My original email went to spam, and he did not see it. James has also been wonderful to work with and I believe my experience is out of the norm. BUYER BEWARE Every sales store has their used car salesman...The guy that will say anything that comes to mind to close the deal. Even if its a lie. We ran into that guy at this store.
