Overall, my experience with Haverty’s was good. The furniture and fabrics that I picked turned out beautifully. I would give 5 stars to my salesperson Carolyn. She was completely helpful and did everything she could to make things go smoothly. The sofa was delivered within the 4-6 week timeframe. Unfortunately, the chairs took almost 16 weeks instead of 4-6 so that was frustrating. Thank you Carolyn for your care and concern. If I shop with Haverty’s again, it will be due to your support and follow up.

Jeff was amazing and provided excellent customer service. He was patient and incredibly attentive throughout the process and worked to ensure I purchased the best couch for me.

Experience at the store was great however, I think a lot of their products are not well made and they don’t back them up. We bought living room set and within a week of having it one of the armrests collapsed. We called support and they promptly sent someone over but they weren’t able to do anything other than to suggest we contact the manufacturer. For what we paid, I’m very disappointed in the quality won’t be shopping at Havertys ever again. Which is a shame because the store experience was great but similar furniture can... read more
