An excellent design experience from Ro and Jeff. Most of the items recommended turned out to be great. I wish they had a little more flexibility with price adjustments, especially for a major purchase. Can't wait for the goods to be delivered and to see how it turns out.
Not happy with our delivery experience. When we scheduled the delivery, we told them that we needed it delivered into the garage as we are having our floors redone. When they get there, they saw there was construction and then left. They called and said they couldn’t deliver because of construction. When we told them we asked for it to be put in the garage, his response was, “well we’re already an hour out”. I was watching the cameras and he had only been gone for 10 mins!!
