I generally don’t leave reviews, but I have to express my displeasure with the Haverty’s staff at the Frisco, TX location on Gaylord. I entered the store at approximately 6:15pm today 7/31. There are 3 staff members at least and only 1 was helping a couple. No one ever acknowledged me or tried to assist me. They either walked past me or simply sat at their desks. Had a wonderful and seamless experience with our sales person Lana when purchasing our Hartford sofa. She was relaxed and not pushy and easy to work with. We will be back an will be asking for Lana for sure! Very excited to have our new sofa delivered a a few days!
