I had a good experience shopping at this West Wm Cannon Haverty store. Both my salesperson, TJ Serrano and store designer, Daja Burke were helpful, not only knowledgeable but kind and patient with me as I made several changes. Daja helped bring my space to life by using visuals and renderings…they both had good ideas lots of fabrics to choose from. They worked with my budget too, plus I was able to use their favorable interest free financing. Haverty’s quality is much better than the rest. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
I LOVE Haverty’s I bought all my furniture from here the past few years and they do not disappoint. If you want quality furniture and quality craftsmanship this is your store. Mind you I went to other stores and nothing compared to the great quality of their furniture. Thank you staff at Haverty’s for all the help picking my new sofa.
If it’s not MaryAnn Padilla helping me it’s like you’re shopping at a flea market. Many of the associates I inquired about various pieces and they had no knowledge of products or simply got loud and confrontational when questioned. This is the reason why brick and motar stores are becoming obsolete and everyone would rather shop online. The store is very well laid out. Doug was very helpful. Just buying accessories today.
TJ was extremely helpful with our looking for living room furniture and picking out fabric. We are very pleased with the service we received from all.
