Extremely disappointed! 👎 We purchased this couch from Havertys two years ago based on the strong claims of durability — the sales rep told us the same model had been on their showroom floor for six years and still looked like new. That sold us, and we spent over $3,000 expecting long-lasting quality. Since then, the seat cushions have collapsed twice and were replaced, but even the replacements — supposedly filled with their “highest density foam” — are already failing again.
