Jeff and Summer were very knowledgeable when helping us look for a sofa and chair for our new living room. I appreciate their patience with the changing of minds and discussions around the chair. We are very excited!
Disappointed. Bought the king bedframe from them and after the base slats got bent. Spoke to them was told to call insurance. The insurance dont call back and apparently Haverty's cant do shit and was told as such, atleast the rep said this politely. Guess thats the best they can do. Great job people. Not coming back.
UPDATE - The delivery fiasco has been remedied and I received my beautiful dining set today. Turns out delivery problems I experienced was just a perfect storm of things beyond Haverty's control. I am pleased with their efforts to rectify... ...Anxiously awaiting delivery of a beautiful dining set. Delivery has been canceled twice now. The offered rescheduled date was disclaimed as "cannot guarantee". Will update review when or if my purchase is delivered.
Pretty disappointed with this store. Went in to go buy a mattress. Was fully planning to do so. Had several employees walk by with no acknowledgment of our existence. At one point they walked between my husband and I and straight to another couple standing directly beside us. Then asked if they needed help even though they had just been helped by another worker. Very poor service and felt some prejudice towards us.
