Havertys has been the absolute worst company I’ve bought furniture from. I spent thousand’s of dollars with Havertys and when needed batteries replaced for my couch that their delivery team installed incorrectly and fried them they refused to replace them. Not only do they have horrible customer service but they also caused a major fire hazard for my home.
