I recently purchased furniture from this store and want to share both the positives and the concerns from my experience. The sales experience was excellent. LC was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. The purchasing side of things was smooth, and so far the product itself seems to be great quality and exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the delivery and installation experience has been disappointing. During delivery, my floor was scratched, and the original footboard arrived damaged. ... read more
