The doctors are wonderful -- I've been going here since I was a child and I've never had a problem with them. However, to echo most of the other reviews here, the front desk is absolutely incompetent. They don't answer the phones, don't respond to voice-mail, and when you finally get through there's a good chance they're going to be rude. They have no business working in a Healthcare environment. It's a shame -- I wish it wasn't such a hassle to find a new primary care doctor.
The secretaries at the front desk are miserable and incompetent.
Fantastic doctors, but useless staff. They won’t return calls and only respond when you pester them. I advise anyone reading this to just call non stop until they pick up. They made me wait over a month to refill a prescription I rely on, even when I’d call and leave messages.
