Haverkos has such a welcoming and warm atmosphere! I am always greeted with kindness. The workers are friendly, fast, and efficient! So glad i joined the family!
What I appreciated most here was honesty. During my consultation, the orthodontist explained that my treatment would likely take longer than I hoped because of crowding issues. I respected that they didn’t promise unrealistic results just to sign me up. The assistants also remember little details from previous visits, which makes appointments feel more personal. My bite already feels much better than before treatment, especially while chewing and speaking for long periods.
My son got braces here after we were referred by our family dentist. What stood out immediately was how patient the staff was during the consultation because he asked a million questions. They never acted rushed or irritated. We did have one appointment where we waited longer than usual due to an emergency patient, but they apologized several times and kept everyone updated. His teeth have already improved noticeably after only a few adjustment visits.
