Don’t waste your time and money. This family owned company doesn’t finish the work that they have been paid. $2625.00 paid and after a year still hasn’t repaired my mothers window. See you in court.

I had windows installed May of 2023 and one of the screens that was sent for the 11 windows was bent. Here were are over a year later and I still haven’t received the screen. I e been more than patient and understanding but I’m tired of being told they’ll handle it only to be ignored until the next time I reach out. I understand it’s a small business so I was giving plenty of grace but I just want what I paid for last year.

We are very pleased with the quality and professionalism Haverhill windows demonstrated throughout the whole process. The windows and metal trim they installed on our home exceeded all of our expectations. The install went smooth and pricing was affordable.
