I have been ordering Haverhill house for as long as I can remember. I have never had any complaints on the food and service. But they do have a woman that works there that has no good customer service skills while answering the phone. She is rude. Must hate her job. Maybe she shouldn't answer the phones anymore
Just. Don't. Not clean, rude service... Obviously don't care about quality, keeping customers or running their business well. You give up too much for the convenience of the location.
My family and I have been going to Haverhill House for years. The subs and burgers are great and so is the pizza. The people who work there are really nice, too. We enjoy it.
