The student dental hygienist Rachel was amazing. I don’t usually like coming to the dentist and I have seen many hygienists before but I have never experienced such a warm and welcoming hygienist before so much so I even added my whole family to the practice too. She was very honest, professional, informative and provided nothing but an excellent service. So sad to see her go but I will never forget her!
Karthik was my dentist and he was excellent. X3 fillings all done at the same time! No rush to meet a time deadline but a professional, informative and skilled session. He's put trust back into dentists.
Brilliant dentist, highly recommended, I'm terrified of dentists and feel so at ease with this practice. Receptionists are brilliant as are the rest of the staff.
Having had very unsatisfactory experience with another Haverhill dentist I eventually found this practice and it was the best thing I could have done , excellent service from telephone to appointment with friendly reception staff and first class dentist and assistants , tooth extraction was painless and I have more treatment to come . I would fully recommend this excellent dental practice.
