I can't say enough good things about Haverhill jewelry. First their jewelry is excellent quality, and second, their customer service is second to none. I bought the Bayberry 11 stone necklace with sapphires for my daughter to celebrate her 5-year milestone of being cancer free from colon cancer. My husband gifted me with a necklace with my sons birthstone and initials. For over $500.00 the birthstone/initials were tiny and the chain was cheap looking. Within a fee weeks, my hair had gotten tangled in the chain (I have worn chains for years and this has never happened). I do not recommend this company at all. The quality is awful.
I have to give Haverhill Collection the utmost props and respect for doing the right thing. I ordered my wife's first mothers day gift from them. A beautiful Letter Plate with birthstone on a necklace. It was not cheap, but I thought it was very nice and worth it. During delivery the package was marked as delivered even though I never received it. This was in May 2023. Not only is the collection beautiful, the customer service is exceptional. I was lucky enough to work with Amy, and she helped me to exchange one of the stones on a personalized necklace. Couldn’t have been more helpful and was actually the one to suggest an exchange for a different stone when she realized the issue with the stone we had originally chosen. Will definitely be investing in more of their pieces over time. Thank you Amy and Haverhill!!
