I’ve worked in banks for years. The level of incompetence shown by The Bradford location was bar none. I called to see if their ATM machine had eaten my debit card. They told me no card had been turned in. I gave them visual info of the card and my name and if it was turned in to call me. I then followed up an hour later, they told me it was turned in and they shredded my card. I then went in to talk to the branch manager who swore at me because I “abandoned” my card. Been going to haverhill bank my entire adult life. 14 years and tgey just keep getting better. The Merrimac st location in haverhill has some of the friendliest people who are so helpful. Absolutely live going there.
