Lack of communication while waiting for a hour just for a MRI. If I didn’t go check to see what’s the hold-up was we will still be sitting here. What’s the point of having appointment??
My son and I were told to arrive at 1pm, 15 minutes early, to do paperwork, which we did. Then we waited another 45 minutes until my son was taken back for his kidney ultrasound. His appointment was scheduled for 1:15 and he was taken back at 2pm — 45 minutes after our appointment. Absolutely unacceptable.
