Brent Haverdink came to my home after I requested a quote. Very pleasant and personable; answered my questions, and my home was inside his work geographics. I specifically requested that he either submit a quote or inform me that he wasn't interested in the job, it didn't fit into his schedule, or... whatever - regardless, please let me know one way or the other.
