If you do rent do so with extreme caution! make sure you take pictures of everything that goes wrong how long it takes them to fix and make absolutely sure when you move out when you clean the condo you take pictures! I cant stress that enough. I made the mistake of not taking pictures when we moved out and we got screwed over on our deposit . We lived there 2.5 years NEVER late one time on rent.
