Some of the staff have the best of intentions. However, management leaves them floundering on schedules and chaos ensues. Patients who are really burdened with phycosis are pushed to the side. I watched as a patient who couldn't be alone asked to.go to the bathroom 3 times while her caretaker was busy on Snapchat and kept putting her off. If you have private insurance, you're better off going to a nicer facility that actually cares about your mental health! My loved one was here 7 days and it's extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I'm so glad it's over. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy! The only pleasant experience was visitation. The woman there was so nice and welcoming! I could go on and on but to say the least, avoid this place if you can please!

First of all I was admitted here without my cognitive knowledge. This place is very unprofessional and the MHA’s are just glorified babysitters without any help to the patients well being or mental health. The MHAs are not professionally trained for mental health patients. l saw my doctor about 3 different times for 10 minutes each and I was there for 1 day shy of a month. I was treated for bipolar/manic depression disorder and given antipsychotics that made my condition worse. When talking to the doctor she had 1 or 2 extra... read more

Anytime you are in this type of facility and feel as though you're being held against your will. You tell them you want to file a HABEAS CORPUS. I guarantee you you'll be out the next day.
