First, I’d like to thank Brian Haven for his time & patience assisting me in my home purchase. This was my first time purchasing a house, and admittedly I was extremely cautious. Brian and his team are AMAZING, from start to finish he made the home selling process easy for us. After deciding to sell our home I contacted Brian, instantly he was on it. Brian sold our house in less than a day and for over asking price. He was knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell. After inspection the things I thought were a big deal really weren’t and he really helped to put things in perspective. Very responsive, any time I had a question he was there just a phone call or text away. He even answers the phone when he is running on the treadmill. He is right when he says it’s gonna be A to Z, stress free. Highly recommend.
Working with Brian Havens has been an amazing experience he absolutely knows what he’s talking about, in the beginning I was hesitant to even try to sell or buy a home because of the pandemic but Brian didn’t give up on me. So I put my trust in Brian and everything happened like he said my house sold in 2 days and over the asking price and now I’m on to the next chapter in my life and I have Brian to thanks for that! From the beginning to the end.. any questions I had any dilemma I was going through he had an answer.
