Bathroom situation is atrocious and the waiting room is always hot and packed with people talking on speakerphone and small children climbing everywhere
Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, they helped explain to me very well what needed fixing in my teeth and what was going to be done to fix them, everyone was very nice.
The receptionist was kind over the phone and got me an appointment ASAP for my dental emergency. The dental assistant was also friendly, polite and made sure I understood the process, even helping to expedite my order. The dentist was very polite and respectful. The office is clean, and I definitely recommend them. Their prices were overall the best I could find in the valley. 10/10.
On Wednesday, my experience at the office was mixed. The lady at the front desk could have been more professional. I was trying to explain my situation regarding making my last payment when my retainers were being removed, but I didn’t feel like she was very understanding. However, the lady who helped me with my new trays was amazing. She was super sweet, explained everything about my retainers in detail, and even scheduled my appointment on a day that worked best for me.
