I really like Havens Orthodontist in fact, I paid for me and all 3 of my children to go there. I’ve been to all but one of their locations. Originally from the St. Clair Shores location. The Romeo location was awfully weird and rude. They were not happy people. I was getting dirty looks from one of the technicians. I asked about my mold and they threw it out. This place is so well organized and very well managed. All the orthodontists are on schedule and do their best to help their patients with as much care as possible.
Great service and are very professional
Extremely disappointed I had been coming here since I was 12 years old and never thought I’d write a bad review. I needed some retainer replacements and while visiting my parents, I figured I would come here since my first retainers that I got from there in 2008 when I was 14, lasted me 7 years before they needed to be replaced. My second retainers, that I got from a different company, were starting to crack and break apart after 8 years of nightly use, and I needed a replacement made before they fully broke.
