My son has greatly increased in strength and socializing. He tells ho how funny and kind the coaches are at the gym. This place has become one of my son's favorite places to be. The classes are affordable and has no affect on my schedule ( highly recommend)
My daughter has been attending since November 2024 and has made a lot of progress with her training. She loves the atmosphere. It is just the right amount of challenging workouts with the occasional fun session. They have something for all levels from little kids to adults. The coaches push the kids to really challenge themselves and grow. I highly recommend checking them out and giving them a try if you want to get into boxing or just fitness in general.
Excellent gym for all ages with a positive environment and energy! Wonderful staff and members! Highly recommended!
The coach is amazing they have good equipment, can’t complain about the prices and availability. Strongly recommend
This is an excellent place for youth to develop boxing skills with age & size appropriate supervision, and fun & creative fitness routines all within a very supportive & caring environment.
