I am so glad I found Havens Family Dental and Dr. Hickman. I have long sought out an office where I felt comfortable and could trust that the information I was receiving was in the best interests of me, my health, and my pocketbook. The friendly professionals in this office are working purely for their clients and not for their own business gains. I highly recommend them to anyone!
I absolutely love Dr. Hickman and his staff! I have been there only 6 months but needed a root canal and crown. The first crown didn't look right cosmetically and before I even got to see it, Dr. Hickman asked if I'd like to just get a new one (no extra cost) because he just didn't like the look of it. While I waited for that to come in my permanent retainer popped off one of my teeth and my orthodontist wanted me to wait 3 weeks and charge me 300 dollars!! Great dentist and staff. I needed major work to fix previous work. Dr. Hickman fixed my problem and I'm very happy I found him. He and his staff are both professional and friendly. I really like the whole atmosphere and would recommend them to anyone I know.
