Tuere does an amazing job! I’ve been working with her for just under a year, and have seen her 3 times and each time she’s executed exactly what I want. I wanted a warm balayage during the fall, then started my transition to blonder balayage in the winter, and now this spring we went brighter with the blonde with cooler tones for the spring/summer!
